Abee took fantastic care of us, booked the tour and follow up with us to make sure that everything was perfect. She is awesome, and provided amazing customer service. The hotel has a great location. It is located very central and yet it is still very quiet in the rooms. The hotel is clean and tidy. Also, the breakfast is very great and has a variety of options and great coffee to start the morning with.
We stayed at the hotel twice during our 2 week stay in Vietnam. In the beginning of our stay and at the end. We were extremely happy about our stays, which is not only due to the great location and accomodations, but because of the team (hotel family). We were greeted with a smile all the time, and the staff was very caring, sweet and helpful with all the questions we had in terms of the rooms or general travel planning questions. The team made our trip to Vietnam great, and we are more than thankful for all the help and support we got from the minute we entered the hotel doors all the way to the doors of the airport.

"Smooth AirPort pickup. Quick checkin. Very friendly staff and fantastic service. Changed money at the reception at good rate, better rates than at the ATM and my Swedish bank.
Very varied breakfast with big selection of cuisines. Pool area clean with big and nice towels provided.

"The hotel is in a great location on a little side street with very little traffic. The staff were very helpful and recommended what to do in Hanoi. The stairs and the common restroom were pretty dirty and worn and there was no soap either, and there were these little tiny flies in the elevator aswell. The room was kind of nice though and were clean enough but pretty old and worn out. The best thing was the beds. They were really comfy. The breakfast was alright even though you needed to walk like 100 meters to a different hotel because they don't serve breakfast at the Lotus Boutique Hotel. For the price, the stay was pretty decent I would say."
