“Perfectly for the price. Good location, free car parking and comfortable clean rooms. Above all though, service was excellent. One employee, sorry...didn't catch her name, but she was a blonde lady who did both frontdesk and cleaning of rooms, really went the extra mile for me, sorting an iron at short notice, when all of them had been lent out. She's a real asset. ”
“Staff very friendly and helpful. Double bed very comfy, single bed far too soft for an adult, fine for a small child.
Rooms would benefit from a deep clean. The building is looking tired (visible bubbling on the walls, discoloured plug holes, tatty bed bases) and needs refreshing.
For a spa day I would be disappointed, for a base to explore the area it was fine. The pool was a key factor in choosing this hotel.”
“The room had a lot of spiders (dead and alive as welll, and spider webs everywhere. Could you see them more properly when the lights were on and you saw them going from the lamps to the ceiling and between the desk and the wall.
When they cleaned the room they left stains on the sheets.
Breakfast was mediocre, there was no fresh vegetables and the only vegetables they did have were fried mushrooms or baked tomatoes

“Väldigt bra hotell med bra frukost och närhet till flygplatsen men även bra med bussar in till stan. Mindre bra att även om vi bokat rum för 3 personer så hade vi bara 2 handdukar på rummet. Minus för att det inte fanns hårtork”
“Vi åkte till Liverpool för att uppleva stämningen när Liverpool spelade CLfinal i Madrid! Det mesta var fullbokat men vi hittade detta hotell! Mycket nöjda! Bra service, bra restaurang, härlig pool, spa o gym! Om man ska se något negativt så tar det ju ca 15 min i taxi in till Liverpool men det funkar det oxå!”

"We arrived at 12.00, and our check in was at 15.00. Our plan was to ask if we could leave our bags and check in earlier. Before we even asked about the check in, the receptionist already offered to check us in directly. It was amazing and this made our whole experience wonderful.
The room was very clean, bathroom was big, bed was so soft and fluffy. We could also easily cast from the phone to the TV.
The location was perfect. It was very central and right around a lot of bars and restaurants, but you couldn’t hear anything from outside if you were in the room.
Overall we really loved the Resident. And we are definitely coming back!"

"Stayed here for 2 nights. Beautiful hotel with a great staff. The room was kinda big. There is no cleaning in the room if you stay there for 2 nights. The room was very dusty and the sheets on the bed was dirty.
The bathroom was good and the shower was okey.
We could'nt hear anything from the rooms next to us so the isolation is good. "
"The photel is a old office or parliamentarian building, so it's kinda weird to walk the hallways to your room. When you step in to the hotel, you will probably be amazed, since the first impression of this place is, impressive. It's a really nice ground floor/atrium with a nice (?) restaurant. I had problems getting a good connection though to the web. However, a member of the staff helped me get online."
