“The hotel is in a great location beautiful, however, for what you pay I feel you should not have to pay for parking but you do. I did eat in the Shed Restaurant but the costumer service when I first got there wasn’t good but the waitress was amazing. Would I stay there again yes I would. The location is great”

“The bathroom floor was dirty, needed to be mopped and the telephone at bedside looked like it hadn't been dusted in months. Other than that, my stay was comfortable. The staff, including housekeeping were super nice and helpful.”

“Archer is a modern hotel in central Redmond with a "lodge feeling" ambiance, the rooms are tastefully decorated with lots of thoughtful details. Eg we stayed in a room for families and there were children's books beside the bed and a rubber ducky in the bath. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The beds were comfortable with high quality linens and pillows. I would warmly recommend staying there for your next trip to Seattle/Redmond either as a family or traveling for work.”

“Rooms were acceptably clean. The shower would not drain so the desk sent a tech over to address the problem which he did and fixed the issue. Everything about the stay was ok. Nothing exceptional, nothing bad. It was the most typical and normal hotel stay possible. 3 stars.”

“Hiking trails were great. Not all facilities were open as advertised. Room was fairly sparse and we were given a room at the very very far end of the 3rd floor which seemed unnecessary since the hotel was not in a way full. Overall disappointing stay and not worth the money spent.”
