Alameda County nöjespark

The room was clean. Breakfast was great as expected. Server was excellent. (The front desk guy could be a little more friendly to female minorities) When I arrived at the airport I call him for the shuttle and he put me on hold for a long time I had to hang up. I waited 20 minutes then I saw a shuttle passing by and I flagged him down and ask him to drop me off at the hotel. On arrival at the hotel…this is the time the front desk person told me I had to pay $10 for the shuttle (it was not specified “for a fee” on your website. He said I should read all the details. Very condescending…he told me to show him where I saw it was included. Which I did. But he said I need to read the details again…at this time I chose peace and just wanted to be checked in. I stayed for two nights. The next day When I needed the shuttle he told me I need to scan a code and pointed to the front of his counter (all this was not told to me the day before when I checked in). I finally figured it all out and try my best to avoid any interactions with him. I met two other female front desk personnel they were nice and helpful. On my departure day I sat there to wait for the shuttle back to the airport and noticed him being very friendly with the white males guests. But when I asked him a question about the cancellation and rescheduling of the shuttle he tends to be a bit annoyed. Anyways…overall the stay was quite comfortable.

Bode 1 natt, jätte trevlig personal , när vi kom fick barnen en lite leksak, frukosten var bra för att vara amerikansk frukost ,, fanns en hel del att välja mellan… Det är en lite bit in till San Francisco därför bokade vi ett nytt hotel dagen efter,, annars var vi nöjda med allt…
