“They are very short staffed but those working do a great job. My biggest complaint is that we specifically chose this place because we needed to return our rental car, have a place to eat dinner and relax, and have a ride early in the morning to the airport. The property specifically said there is a restaurant and lounge. There IS NO RESTAURANT and what they call a lounge is ridiculous. Beer and wine are available through the front desk.
