Upon further review, the manager quickly alerted me that I had booked for Sunday and not Saturday as I had originally thought. she was patient and very professional and accommodating me although it was my error. I owe her tremendous gratitude and great customer service followed. The room I had was clean recently remodeled and she took a negative and turned to a positive. Thank you both.â

Mycket bra omrĂ„de med mĂ„nga matstĂ€llen runt omkring samt typ 3 min gĂ„ngvĂ€g till Glendale galleria, med bil 15 min till universal(om trafiken Ă€r bra).Bra frukost som ingick, hyfsat billig parkering smidigt i deras garage. Bra Wi-fi, mycket sköna sĂ€ngar. BĂ€ddsoffan var dock mycket oskön för Ă€ldre tonĂ„ringar. Mycket trevliga och hjĂ€lpsamma stĂ€dare/stĂ€derskor. Rekommenderar absolut hotellet.â

âStruttura pulita, camera molto spaziosa con bagno con vasca (lo scarico probabilmente era un poâ intasato perchĂš lâacqua ci metteva moltissimo a scendere), frigo, microonde, ferro e asse da stiro, balcone con sedie e tavoli. Gentilissimi alla reception e molto disponibili ad aiutarci a gestire un bagaglio smarrito allâaeroporto. Comodissimo per arrivare ai posti piĂč comuni di Los Angeles in circa mezzâora. Nei dintorni presenti supermercati e ristoranti. â

"I was planning to stay for 3 nights at Glendale Express Hotel, but I left after the first night due to several issues. The hotel is very old, with a musty smell in the room, and the walls are incredibly thin. I could hear everything from the neighboring room â there was a loud party going on all night, complete with dancing, children crying, and constant noise. It was impossible to get any sleep.
The room itself was small, outdated, and uncomfortable. The hotel is in desperate need of renovation. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I will never stay here again. Terrible experience overall."
