“Trevligt hotell, inget fancy men rent och fräscht, ganska nytt. Mycket bra område med många matställen runt omkring samt typ 3 min gångväg till Glendale galleria, med bil 15 min till universal(om trafiken är bra).Bra frukost som ingick, hyfsat billig parkering smidigt i deras garage. Bra Wi-fi, mycket sköna sängar. Bäddsoffan var dock mycket oskön för äldre tonåringar. Mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma städare/städerskor. Rekommenderar absolut hotellet.”

“I like the concept of the virtual lobby, except for when the access code stopped working and no one was on site. I don’t have a U.S. phone number, so calling for help was very expensive, but I had no choice.
The property itself is modern and generally well-maintained, but the cleaning staff tends to slack off. They don’t clean the corners of the floors, leave hair in the shower, and don’t properly clean the toilet and the sink.
It’s a shame, because the place really has potential. Great...

“Bra hotell, stora och städade rum.
Dock tunna väggar och arroganta gäster. Hade en släktfamilj som bodde i minst 2 rum långt ifrån varann, varav ena brevid oss och dem började argumentera högt och springa mellan rummen kl6.00 utan hänsyn till andra.
Dem höll precis på att byta ut alla dängmadrasser när vi var där, trotts dem kändes fräscga sen innan. Så ett hotel som månsar om fräschhet.”
“Stayed three nights. The first night the toilet was clogged. Maintenance tried to fix it (and said they did) but it almost immediately was clogged again. We asked for a new room, but they said they didn't have any. First evening/night/morning we had to use the toilet in the lobby. They fixed it the next day but left a mess in the bathroom, which weren't cleaned up. We had to explicitly ask to have the room cleaned the day after that. "I was planning to stay for 3 nights at Glendale Express Hotel, but I left after the first night due to several issues. The hotel is very old, with a musty smell in the room, and the walls are incredibly thin. I could hear everything from the neighboring room – there was a loud party going on all night, complete with dancing, children crying, and constant noise. It was impossible to get any sleep.
The room itself was small, outdated, and uncomfortable. The hotel is in desperate need of renovation. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I will never stay here again. Terrible experience overall."
