"I like the concept of the virtual lobby, except for when the access code stopped working and no one was on site. I don’t have a U.S. phone number, so calling for help was very expensive, but I had no choice. The property itself is modern and generally well-maintained, but the cleaning staff tends to slack off. They don’t clean the corners of the floors, leave hair in the shower, and don’t properly clean the toilet and the sink. It’s a shame, because the place really has potential. Great location, and the staff was friendly."

"I was planning to stay for 3 nights at Glendale Express Hotel, but I left after the first night due to several issues. The hotel is very old, with a musty smell in the room, and the walls are incredibly thin. I could hear everything from the neighboring room – there was a loud party going on all night, complete with dancing, children crying, and constant noise. It was impossible to get any sleep. The room itself was small, outdated, and uncomfortable. The hotel is in desperate need of renovation. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I will never stay here again. Terrible experience overall."
