Hotell nära Amerikanska ambassaden

“Hittade tyvärr flera myror i sängen. Trevlig personal. ”

“good location and good service!”

“The reception was really helpful for any requests. All equipment is well maintained and new. I’d recommend and come back to stay when revisit.”

“Helpful staff and nice and clean rooms. ”

“This was perfect for our family. We stayed some shorter times, and a longer stay. The play area was quite run down and did not have much (not like the photos), but is was still ok for playing. Good service. Rooms had different things. Some rooms you could sit on balcony, but some did not have furniture there. ”

“Great place to stay in Hanoi!!! Convenient location, nice facilities, really good breakfast. The Residence feels like home!”

“This was a great spot with great staff. Very clean, nice amenities and spacious. The area has a lot of great restaurants, many serving Japanese fare and open late. Easy to get a grab at any time at a good price. Also a big lotte mall within walking distance. Very quiet in the morning, not too bad on the honking.”

“Clean , great breakfast, plenty of restaurants around the highlights for me was the spa next door went twice and it was really enjoyable”

“Helpful staff, luxurious breakfast ”

“Nattklubb samt spa stängda. Gammla slitna rum.
