When we arrived in Amsterdam, we texted her over Vrbo just like we had been doing to let her know we arrived, so we could meet her and get the key. NO RESPONSE. After an hour of waiting outside, getting no resposne from Laura, we called Vrbo. They were a great help, and got us a hotel for our trip.
