Plats
En vacker och obefläckad 2-rumslägenhet i hjärtat av Unesco världsarvskanalkvarter. Inbäddat i en lugn gata, men inom gångavstånd från stora attraktioner (Museumdistriktet, Rembrandtplein, Dam-torget). Kolla in några av de bästa butikerna, mysiga kaféer och trendiga hotspots i staden precis runt hörnet på Utrechtsestraat - en livlig gata som har funnits sedan 1658.

Beskrivning
Lägenheten ligger på 1: a våningen (motsvarande 2: a våningen i USA) i en 1800-talsbyggnad så att du inte behöver klättra för många trappor. Det finns två rymliga rum på varje sida av lägenheten. Ett rum har en queen size-säng och öppnar till en vacker balkong med utsikt över charmiga historiska Amsterdam hus. Det andra rummet står inför en mycket lugn gata med typiska 1700-talsbyggnader. Detta rum är större och levereras med en helt ny (december 2018) queen size-säng, ett fullt utrustat, helt nytt kök, matbord med 4 stolar och smart TV. Båda rummen har dörrar och erbjuder massor av integritet. Privat badrum (med dubbla handfat och badkar), separat toalett och en liten garderob tvätt med tvättmaskinen.

Vi erbjuder flexibelt incheckning / utcheckning, slutlig gästupplevelse, online och personlig assistans, så du kommer aldrig att känna dig som en turist.

We really enjoyed our time at this apartment. The neighborhood was charming with plenty of cafes and shops nearby. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The Italian restaurant a few doors down was excellent, we ate there twice!Gabriela met us at the apartment and allowed us to check in early. She gave us a brief rundown on the apartment and the neighborhood, which was nice.The only minor downside was, the toilet room was a bit small, but it did not detract from our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a great location.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was close enough to everything that it was convenient. Had great shops, food, and a grocery store near. Close to the canal. It was far enough away from all of the really crazy tourist locations that it was calm. Nice to be able to sit on the deck and enjoy the calm and quiet of the back garden area. If you want to be in the middle of a touristy area, this isn’t for you. If you want some quiet and you want to feel private and calm- book now! A quick 10 minute walk to the Albert Cuyp Market, 20 to the museums and about the same to the Anne Frank house. We walked everywhere, but there was a tram stop nearby. We’d go explore. Come home for a bit, then head back out to explore some more. The apartment was clean. Had all the things you could need for comfort. Great that it had a washing machine. It was the last bit of our trip so we needed that. The quick conversation we had when we checked in was very helpful. The owners are very kind. I highly recommend. I would stay here again without any hesitation.

Comfortable, modern apartment in a fantastic location for exploring Amsterdam. Great access to both the tourist attractions and more local neighborhood restaurants. Apartment was clean and comfortable -- good sized for center city. We had a great stay!

Loved this experience.

This apartment was perfect. It was located in a really central area but it was like staying in a little town of its own. Our apartment was in a very quiet street with lovely views over the back gardens. It had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable. At one end of the street were so many great restaurants including Michelin starred restaurants and at the other end a wonderful canal. The tram was just around the corner and we could walk to a canal tour, Van Gogh’s Museum and the Rijksmussen. Than you Tjerk and Esther for having such a lovely apartment.

Absolutes Schmuckstück

Die Eigentümer waren extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles war sauber, ordentlich und sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Wir sind zu dritt gereist, für diese Gruppengröße war das Appartement ideal. Nette Cafés und Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Nur den Lärm von der Straße konnte man auch nachts hören. Insgesamt eine absolute Empfehlung!

Comfotable Apartment in a great location.

We enjoyed staying at Gsbriela’s Apartment. There were 3 of us and it was a comfotable size. The bedroom is large and the living area, where the sofabed is located, is actially more spacious than it appears in the photos. The location is amazing in a quite section of Amsterdam close to good restaurants and walking distance to the museums. We caught a great canal boat tour just a few blocks away.Communication and check-in was easy. Eva met us at the door, gave us the keys and a little tour of the apt. I highly recommend the apartment.

Fantastic location!

The location of this property was superb! The cafes, restaurants and shopping nearby were all top notch. The neighborhood was not overly crowded with tourists as some of the more central neighborhoods are. It was easy to walk or take the tram to all parts of the city. The apartment itself was super cute, clean and comfortable. Checking in was easy, even with our flight being delayed several hours. We would stay here again!

Comfortable, quiet apartment on a small street that's convenient to everything! A short walk to the tram as well as cafes and shops -- all just around the corner. Communication with Gabriela, who manages the booking process, was great. She responds very quickly. The owner met us upon arrival and showed us the unit. He lives upstairs and is accessible if needed. Bathroom looks new. Shower/tub combo is nice and water pressure is great. Note: from the front door, guests walk up about 15 steps to reach the apartment, and there's not an elevator, so not a good choice for disabled travelers. But for us, it was perfect.

Great Apartment and Location

The apartment was clean and well equipped for our 4 night stay. The owners were friendly and helpful and sent useful information in advance.The property was in the perfect location with good bars restaurants and shops within a couple of minutes walk. We found that we could easily walk to museums, parks etc. Amsterdam is a beautiful city and the local people were friendly and welcome. The property is in a quiet residential street so it is not noisy at night

Beautiful property in lovely neighborhood

The apartment is spacious, super clean, and easy to access. We loved staying in one of the quieter neighborhoods away from the tourist areas, but still easily walkable to all the attractions. Highly recommend!

Great location

Lovely apartment. Very conveniently located to the main attractions of Amsterdam and the museum district. Lots of shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood. The host was very flexible with check in and check out. We would highly recommend.

Nice cozy apartment in Centrum

The host was very kind in accommodating our schedule when arriving to Amsterdam, and the directions for taking the train and tram from the airport to the apartment were spot on and very helpful. The apartment itself is lovely and cozy, just the right amount of space for two of us. It did sometimes get a little cold (I'm not used to the Nest thermostats but for others it's probably not an issue) and it was a little odd to have the toilet and shower in separate rooms. Overall though it was very clean and modern and nice. The location is great, a close enough walk or tram ride to tourist destinations and museums but also not too close so it was nice and quiet most nights. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks!
