Not for all citizens...
Overpriced hotel with apps for everything, which does not work.
Order beer from the app they say in the bar. More than 30 minutes later, after scanning QR-codes, downloading apps, checking codes in e-mail, wrestling with wifi and booking codes, and chatting with a bot, I come to the bottom of the page: "Sorry, the ordering function is turned off - order with a human in the bar."
I've been in the bar all the time, and the staff in the bar must have seen my frustration (and my phone) during the whole process. Did they tell me the daft app was off? No.
I waited to get some attention, but after yet another 5 minutes, I decided to go to bed. 40 minutes waiting for a €10 beer is not my cup of tea.
The invoice/receipt was to be sent to my e-mail. So far (24 hrs later) I have not received it. Might depend on the trouble with the digital stuff. So, now I have been listening to elevator music in 20 minutes to get through to the customer service.
