“Great place to stay in Girdwood for the night. I wasn't looking for anything fancy, just a bed and shower. I booked a room with a shared bathroom and it worked out well. The property is very well maintained and in a convenient location to everything in Girdwood. The check in is all automated as they send you details via email. There is no staff there. The lobby/breakfast room was well supplied and had everything I needed to start my day. I highly recommend this place!!”

“The house was just as described. It was very clean and super nice hosts. This place is super convenient! If we’re ever in Anchorage again, we’d definitely stay here and will recommend to several of our friends who are planning trips to Alaska!”

“Julia was a wonderful host. The 0North (annex with two suites) was furnished with stylish modern / Scandanavian decor. Comfy bed. Great downtown location! Free off street parking. Small kitchen was well stocked with a delicious selection of light snacks and beverages. The only down side would be the narrow steep flight of stairs that would make the 0North suites non-accessible for anyone with mobility challenges. Would definitely stay here if we are ever in Anchorage again.”

“The rooms were rented out to someone else after we had paid and had confirmation #’s. Owner told us to get a refund through Expedia. I told him they weren’t refundable. He stated he’d approve it. We showed up at 5:20 for a 4pm check in time after a 6.5 hour drive. Did not receive a refund!”
