I came here for my honeymoon with my husband. We arrived late and asked if there was any room service. They could offer us some fruit , but not any food. Which I felt was fine. The room was freezing, the whole night we tried to fix the AC without being able to. The bed is not comfortable and the sheet is very very very thin. The walls are thin, you can hear every time the elevator goes up and down. The cleaning personal starts screaming and cleaning extremely early and you can hear everything. The “cleaning” is to make the bed basically and refill water in the fridge. The breakfast is a joke. I would say like a basic motel breakfast at best. For the price you are paying it’s a absolut joke. The staff is not friendly and have zero customer service. They started screaming about which tables we are allowed to sit at. Did not take coffe order from us or other guests. Basically (hides in the kitchen). I’m extremely disappointed. This was our honeymoon. Honestly for the price you can find much better. Do not recommend.
