While technically the house is in Middleton, were approx 1.5 miles away from both Eastons and Second Beach and also 10-15 minutes from downtown Newport, the Mansions, Fort Adams...etc.. Amazing spot for sharing with multiple families as there were lots of bed options/rooms, all the beds were reported as comfortable. Nice quiet large yard. Small items for improvement include more kitchen towels, more ice trays to substitute for the ice maker … bigger items - bathrooms are due for updating. Very functional- but definitely out dated. If you can look past this (or it won’t bother you) then...
