Hotell nära Arboretum of South Barrington

“Room was clean, breakfast was fine and staff were nice. The side door to the building had a non working lock so you could exit through that door, however you couldn't enter through that door and had to always use front door. There was no sign on the door that it didn't work so guests often tried to use it and then had to walk around to the front door. The indoor pool was frigid and felt like it either had a broken heater or the heater was turned down to a point that it wasn't usable. Our kids...

“Very dirty place. The halls, elevators, and outside perimeter were dirty. I did not see anyone maintaining the property. Carpet was filthy and not vacuumed at all. Bedding was dirty, towels were dirty and were like rags. I will not be returning!”

“Simple but ok for a quick stopover. We came with low expectations but just needed a place to stay the night after the flight. In the morning we continued. The service was nice and quick and the room simple but ok. Unfortunately there were disturbing talks in the hallway during the night, but apart from that we were satisfied. The price is low so for us this worked. WiFi worked and the room was clean. No breakfast. ”

“The Tv did not work. They were unable to fix the air conditioner problem, which means the air conditioner ran all day and they were unable to turn it off, which could have caused a fire hazard the refrigerator never did work all my food went bad. I came here to be comfortable and never was comfortable at all.”

“This is a flop huose, rooms by week or month. Had I only known, I would not have stayed there but it was too late to change. Expedia misrepresented this place. no hair dryer, holes in wall and bathroom door, rusted metal frame around mirror and light fixture, no carpet, just fake wood vinyl flooring, lobby closed from 5am to 9am, YOU have to take out garbage to dumpster or get charged $50, 'furniture' for aloset all open front (without doors) making it look like a gym locker room with everything...

“There was noise from the elevator so loud that the bed was shaking. This was going on every time someone used the elevator. And that was going on throughout the nights as well. Toilet was running and refilling constantly. ”

“The first room we had, had multiple stains and the blankets looked like it had mold in it. The ceiling had multiple cracks, water stains and mildew. The carpet felt like there was bugs inside it. The second room was just as bad. Would never stay here again.”
