“The worst of the worst. Internet never worked. All night with nothing. Staff incompetent!! People outside your door all night walking and talking. I could go on and on but I'll leave it here.”

“The lobby looks nice, but the room was dirty. It looked like it’s not maintained or clean. Saw a lot of spiderwebs in one of the rooms. It smell like cigarettes not the best experience the staff was OK but the rooms were poor.”

“The bed was uncomfortable you can feel the coils in that mattress.The room smelled like cigarettes. The neighbors were extremely loud. The door slamming was ridiculous the vents in the hallway must of not been working properly the hallways smelled really bad like food/ body odor.The front desk person did not have much to say besides do you need air fresheners. Finally we asked to get moved 2nd room was not bad but the mattress was the same. Great idea but it needs a lot of improvement.”

“There was noise from the elevator so loud that the bed was shaking. This was going on every time someone used the elevator. And that was going on throughout the nights as well. Toilet was running and refilling constantly. ”

“My stay was pretty good aside from being put under an entire family with kids running around from sun up to sun down. Management was always helpful, specifically the overnight manager we had over the weekend. He was great and very attentive with no complaints. Housekeeping could've been a little nicer. Asking them for towels was lile asking for world secrets. Some got major attitude when asked about a few towels.”

“Simple but ok for a quick stopover. We came with low expectations but just needed a place to stay the night after the flight. In the morning we continued. The service was nice and quick and the room simple but ok. Unfortunately there were disturbing talks in the hallway during the night, but apart from that we were satisfied. The price is low so for us this worked. WiFi worked and the room was clean. No breakfast. ”

“The bathroom switch didnt work, the vent in the bathroom was falling out of the ceiling, the fridge was not working and smelled like rancid food, the hallways wreaked of cigarettes and garbage, the outlets in the room were loose, the ac would kick on and off and was not maintaining room temperature, the sheets had holes in them and some of the towels smelled mildewy. “My stay was good until the last 24 hours. Let me say staff was great. Mihir was so helpful and so was See, not sure if I’m spelling her name right. So, the last 24 hours I saw 4 roaches, I was itching uncontrollably and unpacked and shook all my belongings twice for fear of taking them with me. I did not sleep last night because I was fearful of them crawling on me. I will never stay here again and do not recommend. I understand people are not all clean but nothing was done for my discomfort or...
