“Very well maintained, clean rooms. Breakfast was about the best I’ve had at any similar hotel. TV in room was very modern with many connection options. I would definitely return. ”

“Room was so hot. 75 degrees, we contacted the front desk and they told my husband to take it apart and try to fix it which made no sense.. like we're the guests!! Send maintenance to come and fix it! They told us there was nothing else they could do since what my husband did didn't work. ”

“The Heater in the room . didn't work. even after multiple complaints the heater was not fixed. I had to cover myself with 4+ blanket and 2 set of clothes to get some sleep. while the temp was at freezing outside on both nights. ”

“There was noise from the elevator so loud that the bed was shaking. This was going on every time someone used the elevator. And that was going on throughout the nights as well. Toilet was running and refilling constantly. ”

“Rooms were large and options were large. Property was clean and quiet, easy to navigate and parking was excellent. Cameras everywhere, so it felt safe. Room was good, clean and comfortable bed, appliances were great, maybe a touch more cleaning would have been nicer, but overall a fantastic place to stay and spend time! Staff was so helpful and kind, honestly love them a lot ”

“Bodde en natt på detta hotell, relativt stort rum med bra säng och begränsad men gratis frukost. Nära IKEA, Woodfield mall och Schaumburg Convention center. Korridorer, rum och hissar är i behov av renovering.”
