“Pictures on VRBO were extremely accurate. Initial entry was easily achieved. Covered parking with security light very close by. Kitchen fully functional with great supplies. Furniture very comfortable especially the bed. Cupboards well supplied with hangers. Overall one of our best VRBO experiences. Would recommend.”

“Great location, close to great shopping and restaurants. Only 7 minutes to Scottsdale airport and 22 to PHX. Home is laid out great with large great room / arcade, quiet living room off the kitchen and bedrooms have their own bathroom (mostly) and many beds / sleeping arrangement options. Yard is huge with pool, volleyball, basketball and grass area for dogs to play. We used it all! Home had everything we needed and then some!! Would be great for families with small children as well. ”

“I needed to come down to Tempe for an interview on Tuesday. I live in Kingman. Steve at Ryan Villa, was beyond my wildest expectation. Detail upon detail in this perfectly size 2 bedroom, black and white with gold over toes. Fluffy white quality towels. Neighborhood was so quiet. And those king size beds. Heaven. I was so grateful to find this place. Much better than a hotel stay. Thank you, Ryan for having such.”

“We were looking for something special for our annual family staycation, by chance we came across this hidden gem. I was leary because the pictures seemed to good to be true. This residence did not disappoint, from the accommodations, to the layout, to the amenities. I was throughly impressed, there was something for everyone in our group, game room pool , and large areas for the family to gather and catch up, after fun filled days and evenings. The only recommendation that I'd offer is for pest services to come out more frequently, perhaps. Saw quite a bit of unwanted visitors, more so in the casita because it's group level.
