“Convenient location for us in uptown section of Dallas. Just as it appeared online. Appreciated the coffee provided the first morning! No drawers available for clothes, so have to live out of suitcases- a few hangers in the closets. Two suitcase racks provided. Nice little patio out back. Dryer did not get hot. Very walkable neighborhood with restaurants and Whole foods nearby.”

“The Good: Clean and neat property. The Bad: The property had 3 gate codes to get in and I had to message 3 times to obtain. There were no coffee pods for the coffee maker and a few tea bags, but some had been opened. The dish washer was full… Finally, with a hefty service fee, I was asked to carry the trash to a dumpster on the other side of a fence. This all left a bad taste for the whole experience.”

The owner didn’t tell how to enter the property and the cleaning lady said to make sure doors were locked at night due to safety! Once entering building it had a weird odor and was no clean. Bedding was nasty, broken fan and light in one room (fan was hanging half way off the ceiling) house was extremely hot and couldn’t turn air on, shower was dirty, food left in the fridge, tv didn’t work, and we found roaches. “Came to dallas for a concert and stayed the weekend. Anatole was a great host who was very communicative before, during and after our stay! The condo was a great size for just a couple people and was very clean. Check in was easy and the location is amazing!”

“Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The check in was easy. The only issue we had was finding the correct building we were supposed to be in. But once we figured that out, everything was great. We also didn’t find any bedding for the couch but other than that, our stay was perfect. The property is great and in a convenient location.”

“The property is in a great location, just South of Highland Park and near Uptown. The layout and the rooms are nice. The bathrooms are a bit dated, but clean and worked well. My only complaint is that the person in the condo above walked around most of the night and woke us up repeatedly. Apparently, the floor is not very well insulated. On the positive note, Sara was very responsive, the kitchen was well equipped, and everything was very nice. We'd stay there again!”

“The property was clean but we needed dishwasher detergent. We could not access the property. Very stressful and started working with VRBO to locate another place to stay. After several hours, VRBO was able to reach the host and assist us in getting access. Exhausted from traveling and a horrible way to start a busy weekend”

“The apartment is located in a convenient location, and the apartment was very clean. Everything runs on door codes, so it was easy to check in and check out. The pullout couch and shower curtain are old and could use an update, but otherwise the rental was great for us! The host was very responsive to messages.”

“There less than 24 hours but close to passport office which is what we were Dallas for. Hotel is older but clean. Staff was super attentive and friendly. Rooms were nice and cool. Bed very comfortable. Nice and spacious rooms. Only issue, couldn’t figure out the hot water in the shower in the morning. No time to worry about it. Overall, nice stay. Most affordable option in town for the night so felt it was worth it. ”
