“The property is large enough to accommodate big families. The pool is clean and adequate. The property is dated and needs a new stovetop. The bathrooms are adequate for our large group. They could use upgrades also. We worked the many stairs but for young children or physically challenged people it would be difficult. There’s an elevator but it is unreliable. The property manager is extremely responsive! It was very helpful when we needed assistance like oven mitts. Overall we enjoyed our stay!...

“Small one bedroom apartment. Kitchen does not have anything except two plates for spoons knives. No coffee, no sugar, no ice etc. Television in living area only received three channels in Spanish only. Television and bedroom had Roku for a short amount of time and then nothing.”

“Our condo and the whole resort are beautiful! It was home to us for a week! One of my very favorite places/experiences was having my morning coffee on the little balcony off the main living area. The view of the pool and the ocean was perfect...and that was from every level! It's beautifully and functionally decorated.... plenty of main level seating and kitchen space and relaxing bedrooms. “This property has so much potential but has not been managed well at all and is in need of some major TLC and repairs. Traveling with 2 18-year olds and 1 21-year old, we selected this home because of the private pool, the pool table and the advertised arcade games to fill the time when we weren't at the beach. Sadly, the pool/ping pong table was so badly damaged and warped that it could not be used. The arcade games did not turn on. These items are stored outside and clearly get wet each time...

The house itself could use a little updating and repair, but was comfortable enough for our stay. There are wonderful restaurants very close by. We loved "living like a local" for a month. Aida and her team made sure we had everything we needed and were quick to respond to any issues. I would gladly come back for another month!”
