“There was no air conditioning and the property is directly across from a noisy bar, so you can choose to have all the windows closed and be hot or open the windows and be unable to sleep. The beds were futons with no sheets. The kitchen table and chairs were patio furniture. The sense of the place is the host putting in the bare minimum effort. It was a very disappointing experience and I recommend people instead stay at one of the many other places in the area.”

“Right on the beach! More than enough room for everyone.”

“Great walking along the beach sidewalks for miles going both directions. We also rode bikes there. Great people watching here :-)”

“This was our third straight year staying at this condo in Mission Beach, and once again, it did not disappoint. The location is excellent — just about a 30-second walk to the beach, with many restaurants nearby. It is also not too far from downtown San Diego, Balboa Park, Old Town, and many other great places to visit. The condo is very comfortable, kid-friendly, and truly feels like a home away from home. Annette has always been very responsive and helpful with any questions we’ve had, which...

“Great location for younger travelers wanting to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Belmont park and beach conveniences. Very close to the beach! Great beach access! Ocean front views from most windows.”

“House was roomy and in a great location. Plenty of room for 3 or more. Would definitely stay here again when visiting San Diego. Host communicated well.”

“100% amazing! Couldn't have asked for a better location or more communicative host. Everything you could ask for, supplied. Parking is a little tight but better than street parking! We hope to stay again & will recommend this property to our friends”

“Never stay here Horrible”

“The owner was present when we got here and helped in with check in process. I was able to check in a couple hours before the "official check in" time. The owner was very effective in communication and made a couple visits during my stay to replace defective equipment and to address some concerns which he took care of. The price of this condo is pretty high, but you are paying for LCOATION! Its located in prime location right on the boardwalk and only a 5 minute walk to the center of the...

“We loved this great house! The location was perfect, and the house was super comfortable. There were plenty of fans and along with the ocean breezes it was nice and cool. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you could need. It’s a great property!”

“A fantastic space if you've got 4 groups, like we did. It was clean, had everything we needed, and was a sneeze away from the bay. It was about 2 sneezes away from the beach. The neighbors are actually super nice of you happen to bump into them, and while it's not the quietest area it's very cozy.”
