We have rented several vacation homes and this house was by far the nicest. The house was well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. The towels were nice and plentiful. The layout really fit our family of nine and we were able to prepare our Thanksgiving feast! Michael was very responsive to any questions we had. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Great family getaway!

We recently celebrated my 50th birthday with a family gathering in this beautiful home. It was a perfect place to spend time together with plenty of room to spread out comfortably. There were lots of games to play, the kitchen is very well stocked - we made several big family meals - and everyone had a fabulous time! Highly recommend this home for a relaxed getaway with friends / family.

Fantastic Home-base for bigger groups - and everyone still have privacy!

Our stay was extremely positive - fantastic location with lots to do nearby, easy to find, easy to park, great communication, FANTASTIC home, well equiped and privacy for all our folks! We had an informal in-person business event and this was the great landing place for the out-of-towners. Will certainly look into it's availability the next time we need something like this in ATL!

Spacious space for a family gathering

We recently stayed at this beautiful, spacious home with our family while attending a memorial service. The home provided the perfect setting for us to gather and share memories. The space was incredibly comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, accommodating everyone with ease. The atmosphere and thoughtful amenities made it feel like a true home away from home. Huge House - Perfect Location

Incredible, clean, beautiful property. The host and staff were wonderful and quick to reply to any questions. This place is centralized in Buckhead, very unique to find a place that can accommodate so many family members right in the middle of where you want to be!!

The house is very nice, clean and comfortable. A large home - large rooms, plenty of bathrooms, in a nice clean neighborhood.. My only suggestion is to get more chairs for the bedrooms.

The most amazing stay!

My family and I (10 of us) rented this house over the Christmas holiday season and this was our first trip to Atlanta!The house was lovely, spacious, clean and allowed us to relax individually but come together regularly during the day to enjoy meals, have family game night, watch sports and plan our daily excursions to explore Atlanta. Michael and his team were phenomenal and responsive the very few times we had to reach out with questions.

Great fit for the whole group

We have a group of long-time friends that travel annually to different cities in our quest to see all major league baseball stadiums. So we have stayed in many short-term rental houses. This property fit our group extremely well. The house was as advertised and well maintained. The neighborhood was safe, quiet, and beautiful.

Great house with lots of space

Communication with the hosts was great. They made it super easy. If you want to have a raging kegger this isn't your house or neighborhood, but if you are looking for somewhere that 7ish people can stay and sleep, in a great Atlanta location, definitely check out this listing. It was warm, so we didn't spend time outside, but the yard was well maintained. All in all, a beautiful property.

Spacious and High Quality in Happening Locale

If you like high quality accommodations in an affluent neighborhood, then this property is one for you. Shops, restaurants, and grocery are within steps of the front door although driving is recommended. This new accommodation (built in 2017) delivers up to date decor and technology and private bathroom access for every bedroom with highly comfortable appointments. I only wish there were TVs in every room. This home is strictly used as a VRBO so you aren’t staying in someone’s personal space as I’ve found in other VRBOs. There were no personal affects which leave an oasis for you the guest. . My family met in this central location for a Christmas gathering. Family members are still raving about the home. You won’t be disappointed.

Buckhead Beauty

This is an absolutely beautiful, large and luxurious modern house done in a very tasteful manner. Lots of bedrooms with bathrooms and an extra 1/2 bath on the main floor. The back of the house has a wooded lot and there is a two car garage that can be used. Everything is modern-elegant. Mattresses are very comfortable as well. There were facial wipes to remove makeup, hand soap, cleaning supplies as well as enough paper goods to last for a stay. Guests who watch TV might want to be aware that the 2 TVs are Roku format. We have Roku and were able to sign into our YouTube TV accounts and then sign out before we left. At the time that we had rented we decided to buy bottled water and ice as the refrigerator read change filter and we could get no ice from it. Large groups may want to buy plastic cups as glasses numbered about 8 or 9. The location is very near to downtown Buckhead, which has everything, in a quiet neighborhood except for a few Marta trains in the vicinity rolling through which was not enough to bother us. There are excellent restaurants; Canoe, Ray's on the River, Desta, are very near as well as Publix and Whole Foods just a short drive. Don't bother with the highways. Take Peachtree Drive downtown so that you can see Buckhead and Atlanta locally and don't forget Pace's Ferry Drive, a scenic ride with beautiful homes. We would definitely stay at this house again
