Our property features an ultimate game room, an office, and an oasis backyard with a fire pit. We provide all the tools you'll need to grill on the deck & a memorable evening around the fire pit, including marshmallow roasting equipment for the entire family. Our location is unbeatable, just a short 6-minute drive to the Avalon, offering a wide range of shops, restaurants, coffee shops, local breweries, brand-name stores, and Wholefoods. Downtown Alpharetta is just 4 minutes away, where you'll find live music on most weekends, a water fountain for kids to play, and incredible restaurants such as Smoke Jack, Jinya Ramen Bar, UP on the Roof, Citizen Soul, Salt Factory Pub, Kilwins Candy Shop, and more. You can take an evening stroll through the peaceful community to Wills Park, the premier park of Alpharetta, offering a large pool with a water slide, baseball, disc golf, equestrian, pickle ball, swimming, tennis, playgrounds, a dog park, pavilions, the Mansell House, community center, and walking path.

The "Cactus Bedroom" (Room 3) also features a queen-size bed, full size baby crib, USB charging lamps, Ugg sheets, a heating pad, and black-out curtains. The "Boho Hide Away" (Room 4) offers a large pull-out queen sofa bed, USB charging lamps, Ugg sheets, a 50' smart TV, and a large cozy office with plenty of space to work leading directly into the game room.

The game room is perfect for fun and entertainment and includes a ping pong table, basketball game, corn hole, darts, checkers, Uno cards, puzzles, a "Do you really know your family" game, and much more.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a full-size dishwasher, new double oven, new stove top, new refrigerator and kids high chair. Coffee bar with Keurig coffee maker, Salted Caramel & Vanilla Coffee syrups & 100% pure raw & unfiltered honey to get creative with your morning coffee at your very own coffee bar.
