The Battery Atlanta is a great place to hang out, grab a bite to eat, & enjoy the baseball game with your family. This home is minutes from Marietta Square, shopping, and more!

The Space:
Upon entry you’ll be greeted by the game room set up, ready for a game of pingpong or pool! Experience the perfect blend of versatility and privacy in our innovative space where the game room harmoniously converges with a bedroom sleeping area, artfully separated by a seven-foot partition.

The yellow area includes 2 twin beds and a shared nightstand with charging capabilities for your convenience. This room, previously a dining space, has an open space. There is another exit on the other side of the room so feel free to leave the partition up your full stay. The partition will completely cover the space, giving absolute privacy and separation from the rest of the area (See photos) .

Up the stairs you will find three bedrooms. In the red room there is a queen bed with a pillow top mattress and lots of closet space. There is a 50 inch TV with Smart TV capabilities. The smart TV is able to connect to all of your favorite apps and streaming services. The blue room offers a full size bed and a nightstand with charging capabilities perfect for charging all your devices. The master bedroom also known as the black room has a queen size bed. It also includes a Smart TV, a vanity for all your makeup application needs and lots of natural sunlight. Don’t like to be awaken by the sunlight? No worries! It also has blackout curtains to keep the sun away until your ready!

The all white master bathroom includes a garden tub, a spacious walk in closet and a walk- in shower. This is directly connected to the master room.

The living room has enough room for the whole family to relax. It includes a 55 in Smart TV with a sound bar for premium sound. The sound bar is also Bluetooth enabled to connect any of your devices!

The kitchen offers everything that you will need to cook a whole meal with plenty of silverware, and cookware. There is also a Keurig for coffee drinkers with plenty of pods.

The dining room table seats about 12 guest for any family dinner.

Our unit is fully equipped with essential baby items to ensure a comfortable and stress-free stay for families traveling with little ones. We provide a baby bath, baby monitor, baby safety gates, changing table, crib, high chair, Pack ’n Play, travel crib, stroller, and outlet covers. Enjoy peace of mind knowing that your baby's needs are well taken care of.

The house is nestled in a great community in walking distance to Jim Miller park: Home of the North Georgia State Fair. We are 20 minutes away from Cumberland Mall and the Battery. We are conveniently located 5 minutes from restaurants, bars, grocery stores and local gyms. Get a touch of southern charm in Downtown Marietta. We are also centrally located to both Cobb Wellstar Hospital and Kennestone hospital.

Getting Around:
You will want to bring or rent a car when staying here for trips into the city. There are also some restaurants and grocery stores nearby that you could walk too if desired. This listing has free on-site parking for up to 4 cars. Considering I do own a rental car company, let me know if I can assist with your rental needs!
