A 1-bed 1-bath fully equipped unit geared toward guest peace and solitude. As an added benefit, it includes a kitchenette and washer/dryer set!

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire home and backyard, excluding any locked spaces.
Other things to note
• Unauthorized guests will be billed $75 per person/per night.

• Smoking/vaping in outdoor spaces ONLY. Indoor smoking/vaping is not allowed. Violators will be fined $350.

• Parties/events are not allowed.

• In the event any linens or bath towels are taken or damaged, a replacement fee will be added to your trip cost.

• Early check-in is available for an additional fee. Please inquire if interested. We do not offer late check-outs.

• For any same day bookings confirmed after 2pm, your check-in time will be modified to 6PM to allow our cleaning staff enough time to prepare.

By booking, you acknowledge and understand that, while rare, occasional disruptions to services such as Wi-Fi or utilities may occur and are outside of our control. We always do our best to resolve any issues promptly and ensure a comfortable stay.

Disclosures:
While we keep our listing as close as possible to what is depicted and described, guests may notice subtle differences in decor (ie. area rugs) to keep up with ongoing maintenance of the property. Thank you for your understanding.

Our property is professionally treated with pest control. However this is the south which brings a variety of bugs. While there is no guarantee that you will not see a tiny critter, we do what we can to mitigate and ensure you a comfortable stay.
