From the elegant master suite with an en suite bath that boasts a beautiful 2-person shower and jacuzzi tub, to our Enchanted Forest Room that is complete with a hot tub to our light kink Bound for Love Room, complete with bondage board and the Swinger's Paradise Room, which has a variety of swings for our guests pleasure, you are sure to have an amazing time!

This is a 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home that has been designed to give couples the ultimate intimacy experience! Below is a description of each of the rooms that the house contains. Please see house rules for pricing and how to book additional rooms, as the rate listed is just to rent the master bedroom and the Bound for Love room as well as use of the Upstairs Lounge and 2.5 baths. The upstairs Lounge features two stages, one dance pole, games, a wall bar, LED lights that you can set to create your own effect as well as upscale seating for your ultimate enjoyment!

Master Suite- The master suite is a vibrantly relaxing bedroom that features a king bed and a tantric lounge which will allow you and your partner to explore a variety of different positions! There is an en suite master bath that has a large garden tub that can comfortably hold two, as well as an immaculately Designed shower with deluxe shower heads for two as well.

Enchanted Forest (Jacuzzi Garden Room)- This room will make you feel as if you have stumbled upon your own private Garden oasis. Complete with a hot tub as well as a romantic seating area you are sure to forget about everything except who you have the privilege of enjoying this space with. The lighting and garden feel gives it it's on special ambiance that is unparalleled. An additional $125/ night Sun-Wed and $150/ night Thurs-Sat.

Swinger's Paradise- This room contains four different types of swings that will allow you and your lover to swing to the heights of ecstasy. A definite must-do for those who enjoy different types of experiences! An additional $100/ night Sun-Wed and $125/ night Thurs-Sat.

Bound for Love- This is a lightly themed BDSM playroom that contains a bondage board and several other fun ways to tie down your partner for the utmost of bondage fun! Included with base rental price.

Whole house specials available! $400 Sun-Wed and $450 Thurs-Sat!

The base booking price includes use of the master suite, Bound for Love, the downstairs living room, as well as the upstairs lounge. Use of additional rooms are at an additional fee! Whole house specials available!

Guests will have to complete a liability waiver form and rental contract that will be sent to them via the messaging tool.

The listed rate is to rent the master bedroom and Bound for Love room only, and comes with use of the upstairs lounge and 2.5 baths. The rate for each additional room is listed below:
