Detta hem Àr perfekt för din stora familj och gÀster. Det Àr 6000 SF med 6 sovrum och 5 badrum. Den har 2 stora kök och en pool. (Poolen kan vÀrmas mot en extra avgift pÄ $ 35 per dag - VÀnligen meddela mig 3 dagar före din ankomst om du vill att jag ska köra vÀrmare för dig. Poolen Àr stÀngd frÄn 15 oktober till 15 mars)
Detta hus Àr obeflÀckat, och den fÀrdiga kÀllaren Àr verkligen mer som ett 2: a hem i motsats till en konventionell kÀllare. Det finns 55 "TV i varje vardagsrum och 40" TV i varje sovrum. Det finns totalt 8 direkta tv-lÄdor i hemmet. Huset har WIFI hela. Köket Àr fullt utrustat, och vi tillhandahÄller strykjÀrn och strykbrÀda. Allt du behöver ta med Àr dig sjÀlv.

PÄ övervÄningen finns 3 sovrum och 3 badrum. (BefÀlhavaren badrummet har trÀdgÄrd badkar och dusch)
Alla möbler i hemmet Àr helt nya, och sÀngarna Àr alla matchande vita. Madrasser Àr helt nya ocksÄ. De har skyddande lock pÄ dem ocksÄ. Vi har 5 andra egenskaper, (vi har aldrig haft sÀngbuggar, och vill verkligen inte heller dem)

Sovrummet har en king size-sÀng, 2: a sovrummet har en queen size-sÀng, det tredje sovrummet pÄ huvudet Àr enormt, och Àr instÀlld med en king size-sÀng och 3 enkelsÀngar. Det finns en stor 6 sittplatser köksbord, rostfria vitvaror och granit bÀnkskivor. Det finns ocksÄ ett skrivbord för dina kontorbehov. Det finns ett dÀck med utsikt över poolen. Det har plats för 6 för uteservering. Det finns en gas- och kolgrill för dina grillbehov. Extra stolar och bord finns i hemmet. Vi har ocksÄ 4 bÀrbara enkelsÀngar med riktiga madrasser som kan stÀllas in var du Àn föredrar.

KÀllaren har gott om fönster och 3 dörrar till utsidan. Den har ett komplett kök med rostfria vitvaror, en 6-sitsig matsal, fullt vardagsrumsdrÀkt, (soffa, loveseat och vilstol). Det stora sovrummet i kÀllaren har en king size-sÀng, och en tvilling rulla sÀng som drar ut för att sova 2 mer. Sovrum # 2 har 2 queen size-sÀngar, Sovrum # 3 har en drottning och en enkelsÀng. BefÀlhavaren bad har en standup dubbel dusch och en trÀdgÄrd badkar. Det andra badrummet har dusch. Det finns ett tvÀttrum pÄ övervÄningen och downstarirs. Det finns ett tÄgbord och sÀkringsbollbord för den lilla man ska leka med, en barnstol och barnsÀng finns ocksÄ. Det finns ett bordtennisbord och en hÀstsko grop.

VÄrt hem ligger 2 miles frÄn interstate 20. Du kan vara pÄ Six Flags i 20 min eller downtown Atlanta pÄ 25 minuter, vi Àr 30 minuter frÄn Atlanta flygplats ocksÄ. Att vara pÄ vÀstra sidan av Atlanta behöver du inte kÀmpa mot den fruktade Atlanta-trafiken! Arbor Place Mall i Douglasville ligger 5 minuter bort. Wal Mart, Regal Cinemas, och alla matstÀllen ligger nÀra köpcentret ocksÄ.

Amazing Stay!!!

What can I say... from check- in to check- out what a great experience. The house is definitely as described. The owner got right back to us with all communications. We had a great stay. You literally do not have to leave this home in order to enjoy your vacation. It has everything and kid super friendly. We will definitely book again. Villa Rica has a place in our hearts forever!!! I'm the words of my 8yr old, "Mom this is an amazing house and I'm having an amazing time, thank you"
They loved that pool. According to them it was the highlight of the trip.

good but not great

Putting a bed in a room does not make it a bedroom. Several rooms did not have a closet and one did not have a door. the downstairs fridge dispensed a piece of metal from the ice maker into a glass. We found an exploded can in the ice maker. Imagine what might have happened if someone swallowed that piece of metal. The upstairs fridge ice maker was removed and the main burner on the range didn't work. The pool table is unplayable I cleaned bird poop off the air hockey table there was no ball for the fooze ball table the basketballs needed air the sliding game table surface was destroyed. The deck overlooking the pool has many loose screws and exposed nails. I questioned the structual integerty. There is not enough dinning seating on the main level. The beds were great and the place was mostly clean bit for 900 a night, I expected more.

Perfect Stay for Large Groups

We recently stayed for three nights with a group of 15 adults attending a professional conference, and it was the great space for our needs. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the spaciousness of the home. Almost all sleeping areas had their own private bathrooms, which was a huge plus for our large group and added convenience. The house was clean aside from a few carpet and mattress stains. The mansion’s two fully-equipped kitchens made our stay really easy for everyone. The owners went above and beyond by providing all the essential supplies in bulk, ensuring we had everything we needed without any worry. The location was another highlight, with easy access to restaurants, parks, and hiking trails. While parking was somewhat limited given the size of the group this property can accommodate, the owners granted an exception for additional vehicles, which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend to any large group looking for a spacious and well-equipped home base for their travels.

Hurricane retreat

We stayed here from FL to flee Hurricane Milton. Our host was great and check in process was smooth. The only critique I had was that some of the dishes and cookware were dirty and we had to rewash but that was no big deal. We loved the spaciousness of the place and we all got to have our own space. Spacious accomodations in a great quiet location

A very nice property with something for everyone. The location was great and quiet, perfect for a family gathering. Toys, games, and the pool were great. There was plenty of refrigeration and kitchen items. Parking space was great. The host was nice and communicated throughout the process. Rentals are difficult, so the rules are no different than a hotel. I would give 5 stars overall except there were gnats alive and dead throughout the home. It could use a deep cleaning. Dust webs in the bathrooms, showers smelled like YMCA, very dusty refrigerator tops, and half clean silverware in the drawers. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would rent from the host again at this or maybe another property.

Business conference teambuilding getaway

We came as 19 business associates who were travelling into Atlanta for a business conference over four days. This was the perfect space to wake up to in the morning lots of space, especially with the second kitchen to get everybody up, fed and off to their conference. What I love about the house is it’s comfortable even and it doesn’t feel like there’s 19 people in the house. It’s well laid out. You’ve got the pool between conference times to come back and relax and enjoy and unwind. Everyone loved the house. Our host and hostess were amazing they stayed out of our way and let us do our thing but were there if we needed them. Highly recommend this home for a conference or teambuilding getaway. With its peaceful surroundings and double everything kitchen living space laundry room you couldn’t ask for a better retreat space for business group.

Family Reunion.

This home was perfect for our large family of 19 total people. Ten adults and nine children ranging in age from 1 to 15 years old. The pool was the center attraction. The kids loved it and adults also. There are many play activities for everyone. This place gave us the perfect venue to reunite with the family and be together. The beds are very comfortable. We loved it and will stay again.

Great country home close to area attractions!

We had a great stay in this home. Our family was comfortable and enjoyed all the fun games and pool to swim in. The house was well stocked with necessities and the kitchen had an abundance of cookware. Everything was clean and tidy and the check in & out process was very smooth. The location was great because it had a rural country feel but only a short drive to area attractions, restaurants, and the airport. We would stay here again and highly recommend

Golf weekend

Great property and nice pool. Back porch was awesome and plenty of bed and bathrooms. I want a huge fan of having to identify everyone staying at the house along with their age before arriving. I had never been asked to do so in past VRBO rentals. The pool table needs updating, basically unusable, but everything else was great.

Great home

This is a great house for large groups. My siblings and their families stayed here. The pool and nearby park are great for all ages. The house is well equipped for kids and adults. Planty of rooms and the main areas are large enough to accommodate our entire party.

Staycation

This home was ideal for our family to visit and be able to stay in one place. We have outgrown our home and our children and grandchildren live a long way from here so we need lots of space for them to visit. My husband has visual problems so he does not enjoy travel any more so finding a local house seemed the answer. The rules and restrictions were over the top! I tried but felt that I could not meet the expectations for the owners. We parked cars at our house and shuttled people over. A couple of folks did drive over to load and unload. We tried to restrict visitors but had a couple. Two of my children smoke and did go outside but I did not check to see if they left the property. I was almost sick before the week from concern. It was difficult for me to relax and enjoy the visit. I may let my children do future plans and hope my husband and I can join them. The owners did have a tree and some Christmas decorations up which we appreciated. The only problem we had during our stay was with a toilet. It was manageable and I new getting a plumber during the holidays would be difficult at best so I did not contact the owners but let them know after we left.

The kitchens are fully stocked however, nothing is organized, and there were dirty dishes in the cabinets. We had to wash everything before we could use it There are great games however, a lot of them are broken we had to get new tips for the pool sticks. Awesome and Comprising

House was Beautiful and clean very spacious the picture does no justice. Good for large groups or family. My family and I enjoyed to the fullest and kids loved the pool and all the games that where included in the house.

Great for a group!

Great communication! This worked perfectly for our group. The kids got the whole downstairs to themselves, which was perfect for everyone!

beautiful Home

The house was spacious and beautifully kept. The owner quickly responded to questions and was very helpful. We were there for a baseball tournament with 12 people and were so comfortable. Thank you for welcoming us.

Roomy

Very large for big groups. 30 min outside of Atlanta. Air conditioning worked great. The only add would be put up some towel hooks in bathrooms and add small trash cans to bathrooms that is our only things to add.
