“I chose the hotel for its location and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very attentive and quick, and I particularly appreciated the high quality of the restaurant. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable. The only thing I missed was a breakfast buffet. I would gladly return if I'm in Atlanta again.”

When my partner and I asked a question about the room, she abruptly cut us off and simply told us our room number. She was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional.
