Welcome to "Kats Condo"- a modern twist inside a historic building. This recently renovated condo is in the heart of Downtown Atlanta and fashioned with your needs in mind. You will love the space with its comfortable beds, deep sofa, fully functional kitchen, washer/dryer and central location. This rarely found 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is capable of satisfying larger groups, while also offering the comforts of privacy. Perfect for business travelers, weekend adventurers or a family vacation.

If I am not sleeping or at the gym, then I am available. I have 100% response rate and usually answer within 15 minutes.

You are right in the heart of Downtown Atlanta. The Neighborhood is referred to as the Hotel District. Why would you stay at a hotel when you could stay here!? Very walkable with restaurants in every direction. It is perfect for business travelers, those attending corporate functions or exhibitions. For the sports traveler, the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta Hawks a couple blocks away.

You have access to the entire condo. The space is entirely yours so make yourself at home.
Check-in is extremely easy. There is a 24 hour concierge that will great you and buzz you through the front entrance. Please be sure to bring a valid ID. Please notify us if the guest checking is not the individual who booked the room. The concierge will verify that the guest checking in matches the name on the reservation and direct you to your room. You will be provided with a digital door code in the instructions to access your condo. A key fob will be located in the condo for easy entry to the building for the remainder of your stay.

Located on the 12th floor of the historic Peachtree Towers you get skyline views! The building is known for its insulation so you almost never hear you neighbors. The 24 hour concierge is at your service. They offer complimentary late check in as well as a layer of security in a very secure building. Updates everywhere! Fully equipped kitchen. Top of the line mattress and bedding included for your comfort. You will love the versatility of this space. Living space is perfect for business meetings, socializing with friends or a relaxing evening with your loved one. Sparkling kitchen and bathroom. Cable TV in every bedroom. I tried to think of every thing possible for comfort. Little details have not been missed.

Peachtree Center Marta Station is 1 block away. Surface parking lot right next to the building. A parking deck a block away. Street parking is available but hard to find. NOTE: Parking fees are not included with the rental and are paid separately.

Uber is always less than 5 minutes away and very reasonable on price.

HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that is limited too hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air.

WASHER AND DRYER: Located in the closet. Also, commercial unit available ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.

ANIMALS: Per HOA, animals are not allowed.

PARKING: is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.
