Whether you spend the day exploring nearby attractions or working from the dedicated workspace, the condo offers a comfortable place to return to on cooler Atlanta evenings.

The main level opens beneath spacious ceilings with brick and tile accents that bring character to the room. Custom furnishings shape a relaxed area for conversation or movie nights, while the lofted mezzanine lounge offers a second spot to spread out. Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 10 guests across 3 bedrooms and 5 beds. Two bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms for added privacy, and a third bonus semi-private room features an attached half bath. The layout works well for families or groups seeking a flexible setup during their stay.

2.5 baths provide space for everyone, with bathroom essentials included. A bathtub offers a place to unwind at the end of a cold day, and the free washer and dryer in the unit make longer visits simple and convenient.

The Otis is more than just another Atlanta building. Located in the neighborhoods main entertainment corridor, It’s a new living space that offers a mix of history and modern style, all thanks to the special touch of one of the community’s former residents — designer turned television star Ty Pennington. Pennington, an ATL native and graduate of Atlanta College of Art, is best known for his work on the original Trading Spaces and ABC’s Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. Almost every piece of artwork in The Otis – not only in the spaces but also inside the gallery (which is the common areas) – is custom work by Ty Pennington. The Otis is named for an elevator manufacturer that once operated on the site. The preserved façade still carries the company’s logo.

The Property inside Was Nice And Well Manicured. But The Parking Was A Struggle. Only Room For Small & Mid-sized Vehicles. Also we Had A Little Trouble Finding things.like ironing Boards I Suggest A Small Description sticker would have been Helpful. Also the Property Advertised A Chef that Was Included in the RENTAL but when we Arrived it Was no Mention of this At All Which I Concluded was A False Advertisement . Which ultimately caught my Eye in Helping me Make a Decision to Stay at this Property. The Other was the 3 Bedrooms & 3baths. Personally I Believe the Property would have Sold itself Without the Misleading Advertisement.
Ironing Board inside Would have been Helpful for me and my Guests.

Atlantas Mart Buying Trip

We were very happy with the property! It was so beautifully decorated and could not believe how gorgeous the bathrooms were! It was apparent that a designer covered every detail in every room! We enjoyed the rooftop lounge area and loved the fact that there was private parking in a secure parking garage in our building! We will book this property again and again!
