The space

When you arrive at the property you will be in awe of its beauty. With a coffe shop on site, you can literally get on the elevator go to the lobby and be greated by the friendly staff as you grab your latte, or matcha! Surrounded by various entertainment venues, restaurants, bars, shopping, etc you will never not have anything to do that Interest you. There are many 5star restaurants in walking distance, as well as the infamous Atlantic Station thats nearby for lots of shopping and entertainment. If you are a home body and much rather stay indoors, there are many 5star amenities available for use on the property. The roof top spa pool with loungers are available for when you want to have a swim and soak up some sun. Want to lay out on a cabana by the pool? we’ve got you covered…literally! There is also an outdoor terrace overlooking the city with an outdoor grilling station. Fire pits are available, if you want to cozy up on a summer/winter night. If you like to exercise there is a state of the art gym available on the property for your use. Need to work from home, there are co-working spaces at the property for use. The indoor/outdoor clubrooms features a pool table, and pink pong table for your leisure. The neighborhood is also walkable if you like to take a sprint. There is marta transportation nearby if you need alternate transportation around the city. Now that we have touch basis about the exterior and surroundings, let’s get into the interior of the unit. When you enter the front door, to your left is the bathroom equipped with a bathtub/shower and all the essentials. Right next to the bathroom is a closet with lots of storage and built in dressers and a front load washer & dryer. Next, the unit features a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a keurig for coffee making, and all the essentials needed to whip up a meal. There is a large island for dining available to gather around and share a meal and make memories. The living room area features a 65” smart tv with streaming apps, so you can enjoy your favorite shows. There is also cable television on the living room TV. The floor to ceiling windows with panoramic views is featured in every room in the house so you can let in any much needed sunlight or watch the city lights in every area of the unit. The large balcony/Patio area equipped with outdoor furniture is sure double as an outdoor oasis to watch the city view and enjoy some fresh air. The master bedroom features a comfy king bed, with plush bedding and a mattress that will make you want to spend the entire day in bed relaxing. It also has room darkening shades, a 36” TV ,a closet and ample clothing storage. The Aesthetic is grand and lavish.
