▶MARTA (public transit) The Ashby MARTA Station is less than a 5-minute walk away, providing direct rail access to Downtown, Midtown, and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Several bus routes also serve the area for easy citywide connections.
▶Rideshare (Uber & Lyft) Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the neighborhood for fast, flexible transportation anywhere in Atlanta.
▶Walking & future BeltLine access The home is close to the future Westside BeltLine extension, which will enhance walkability and provide expanded access to parks, local businesses, and nearby neighborhoods.
➤Starter kitchen and bathroom essentials are provided, but guests will need to supply disposables and restock items for the duration of their stay. ➤This property is pet-friendly. We welcome friendly, house-trained pets for a $75 fee per pet. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed, each not exceeding 50 lbs. After booking, guests must immediately let us know how many pets will be staying. Unapproved pets are subject to additional fees. ➤Exceeding maximum occupancy is not permitted. ➤Only registered guests are allowed on the property—no unapproved visitors. ➤No third-party bookings (must book under your own account). ➤No parties, events, smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or open flames (candles, incense, sage). ➤Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm—please keep noise to a minimum. ➤Our home is family- and kid-friendly! While we aim to make it comfortable for children, the home is not childproof (no safety gates, outlet covers, or cabinet locks), so children must be supervised at all times. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Thank you in advance for your understanding and compliance with the rules.
1. Upon booking, you will receive a rental agreement/check-in form that you are required to sign and return before your arrival.
2. Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; please be respectful of the neighbors. We have a noise detector inside the unit that alerts us, and neighbors may contact us with any issues.
3. No parties or events allowed.
4. Guests must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible.
5. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. We have a smart smoke detector inside the unit that will alert us. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed.
6. There can not be more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any time. Any violation may result in immediate removal of all guests without a refund. We do have exterior cameras in place to ensure that only registered guests are entering the property. Exemptions may be made for daytime visitors, but they must be approved in advance—please let us know ahead of time if you plan to have any visitors. No unauthorized overnight guests are permitted.
7. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a late check-out fee equal to 10% of the base price. This fee helps cover housekeeping costs when the agreed-upon check-out time is not observed.
8. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement.
9. As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place around the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property.
10. The cleaning fee for the mandatory mid-stay clean will be charged separately.
11. This is a pet-friendly property! We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:
• Please note that a $75.00 pet fee will be applied per stay. • Please disclose pets at the time of booking. All pets must be added to your reservation so the applicable pet fee can be applied. • We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy. • No more than TWO (2) animals, no larger than 20 pounds. • Pets are not permitted on furniture. A $250 fee will apply if this rule is violated, as documented by photo evidence. Please also ensure all pet waste is properly cleaned up. • Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated.
12. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos.
