Cozy up and enjoy the open concept home with cute corners to work from or relax in. Tucked in a friendly neighborhood that offers great walking paths, only a mile away from the fun East Austin buzz of bars and restaurants. Perfect for a family vacation, girls trip, weekend getaway or an extended remote work venture! Fully stocked bathroom so you can travel worry free, tons of storage space, laundry room and a huge backyard to enjoy the summer sunshine. 10 min from downtown ATX & UT Austin!

The Space
Unbeatable natural light brings a bright and airy vibe to this little blue house. Beautiful wood flooring spans the open concept kitchen and living room, decorated with local art and pieces from around the world.The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and basic spices so you and your loved ones can enjoy a home cooked meal cozied in the hand-made dining nook!

The left bedroom with the black bed frame features a desk with table top outlets and desk lamp to keep you focused at any hour. The right bedroom with the wooden bed frame has a white cane console with games and books for you to enjoy! Both bedrooms have a wooden barn door which conceals a closet with hangers for your use and extra sheets & blankets. The laundry room is at the end of the carport and available for your use!

From the right bedroom you can walk onto the covered patio and into the expansive, lush backyard. Great for enjoying the cool and calm mornings and continuing the day with patio drinks and outdoor games!

Guest Access
You will receive key pad information a few days before your arrival so you can check in and out at ease. There is a set of keys inside for laundry room access.
There is a carport and driveway available for your use as well as street parking if necessary. You can scooter, uber or walk to most places and have a comfortable and enjoyable time.


Other things to note
Please be mindful of the neighbors as it is a family neighborhood. This is an incredible part of Austin, you will absolutely love it. Once you book, I’ll send you my list of Austin favs!

Home is in need of touch ups and care. Only 4 towels and two wash clothes were avail and painters tape wrapped the front door handle, which was broken, and dismissed by the owner. We stay at VRBO’s all over the nation and in Austin and this was a disappointment.

East Austin is great, this home was located near most of the sites and restaurants I wanted to visit. The host is easy to contact, the neighborhood was chill. If I had to be critical, the beds werent the most comfortable and cleaning crew seemed to be in a hurry as kitchen had a few minor areas. Again, this is being critical, Id be willing to book this place a second time.

we went with son to check out the jazz scene and really enjoyed it. The house is perfect for enjoying the Austin nightlife, everything is so close and yet the house is in a very quiet nice safe neighborhood

We enjoyed our time here! There was a large downed limb in the back yard that has taken down some string lights, and there was a rotten pear left in the fruit basket, but other than that, pretty nice. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Air mattress was high quality. We loved the convenient to everything location.

Mini get away

The house was perfect, quiet neighborhood. My son and grandkids went to concert, my hubby and I stayed to relax, everything was convenient and I liked that I was close to the Moody arena, no traffic to get there and I didn’t get lost. I know where to stay for our future concerts.

The placed smelled like mildew. It was absolutely rancid. I’m glad I happen to have a few incense sticks with me. But that still didn’t help much. It was impossible to get used to. Ended up leaving a day earlier because it was so horrible. Would’ve left sooner, but I had a very important market. I had to attend.

Moto Weekend at COTA

Found this property last minute for my brother-in-law, my wife and me. Great location and clean. Lots of little extras like coffee, soap etc. available. Some reviews complained about the safety of the neighborhood, but it is fine. It reminds me of our neighborhood in Houston Heights.

The house is suitable for 2 people. We were grateful we only needed 1 night in Austin. The neighborhood is being gentrified. We didn't feel safe walking at night around the neighborhood. Also, the coffee pot is the size of the one you get in a motel room. It was dirty, as was the french press. After realizing the coffee pot and french press weren't clean we opted not to use any of the dishes.

Isha provided us with the best customer service. Her favorite Snickernut cookie coffee is now one of my favorites too! EXTREMELY comfortable mattresses and the sheets were soooooo soft! The home was clean and I had no problems at all. Isha made sure we were set and well taken care of!! Thank you!!

Quick Girls trip!

My 3 best friends and I just had a quick girls trip to Austin! The house was perfect for the 4 of us! Close to everything in a quick Uber ride! The house had a full kitchen in case you wanted to cook! Really cozy place! The communication with our host was 100/10 she was available to us when we had a few questions! I would definitely stay again /)
