Hotell nära Bal Harbour Beach

"The hotel needs a renovation, the view from our room was fantastic, but the hotel is a bit run down. The pool area was really nice and all in all it was. The location is a bit too far away from the central parts of Miami. It take 40 min by Uber to downtown Miami. It’s a nice neighbourhood and easy to walk along the beach. All in all it was ok but not spectacular "

"We didn’t read the comments so carefully before booking this hotel, unfortunately. Firstly, we couldn’t reach the hotel to inform them about our late check in, no tel numbers were in function. At last when we arrived, the check in address that we got didn’t correspond to the one we got in the information that was sent out. So late at night we had to walk to the other building to check in there. The room was extremely dirty. The floors have never been vacuumed or cleaned. The bathroom door could not be closed, the kitchen utensils were poor and the fridge (which had a little freezer in it where the lid was missing) was leaking water so the first thing we had to do was clean that up. It wasn’t possible having food in there because it would freeze and dirty water would poor over it. The beds and linens were dirty. The “pool” that was in the other building I would never dip into, it was very small and dirty. The rooms and hotel does not at all look like the pictures. We told the receptionist upon checking out also how dirty it actually was, she just shook her shoulders. The two days we were there we couldn’t wait to get out of this place. It isn’t even that cheap if you look at what you are actually getting. I would strongly recommend anyone to book any other hotel, it for sure is better than this. "

"The hotel was quite pricy and we couldn’t cancel the booking due to technical difficulties when we made a phone call to the third party who was to help. The rooms were nice and spacious, but the couch soiled and some old floss was laying around on the floor amongst some other stuff. We were given another room that was a little better but that couch was not super clean. The breakfast did not include bacon, sausage or boiled egg - only one type of ham and one type of cheese. It was all gone when we came down the first morning and no room to sit inside, so we had to sit outside with little flies that bit us. It was beautifully situated by the water though and had a small pool and jacuzzi, although we couldn’t go down to the deck by the water. It was closed off due to a previous fire. The gym did not have a treadmill. The hotel was too expensive for what it offered. No parking - only valet. But a nice iguana came and visited"
