“You decide if you want to rent from Grace.I came into town for Funeral Services. I informed Grace that I needed a 2 Bedroom in case Family members who came from out of the country needed a place to stay they could stay with me. The listing stated 6 people. I asked Grace if 6 People was ok? Grace never said anything about extra charges. Grace contacted me ansking if I wanted to rent her unit. Grace sent messages stating Don’t do drugs, don’t have a party, no noice after 9pm and again don’t smoke...
