"Decent priced room, no bugs found in room floors were filthy and housekeeping was non existent. Ask for new towels had to go get them myself from the service desk even though housekeeping was already cleaning rooms on our floor. Asked for housekeeping to clean the room that never happened"

"Booked a king bed, was upgraded to a suite with a king Murphy bed. Bed collapsed on us, engineering came up to check on it, and they found screws missing. We switched rooms out of concern for our safety and were moved to a room with a double bed. Tried booking a good place near the aquarium for a ..."
