Clean room, but at the complimentary breakfast area; staff is unfriendly and was watching you like a hawk on the things you get to eat. Breakfast was very limited to just a pastry, bananas, and coffee/tea.

Hampton Inn & Suites Oroville
First room stank like dog urine, we were thankfully transferred to a different room. Staff was helpful. My friend and I are disabled and have medical alert dogs with us.
