Staff were excellent with their communications and very clear with their access and departure instructions. “Excellent stay! We stayed in the Monet room and it was exactly as pictured. Bonus - the windows are soundproofed. With the windows closed, you barely hear the outside, even on a festive Friday night. Restaurant downstairs has the most kind staff and reliably great food. “We loved the beauty and space of the apartment. Especially pretty was the large oval leaded glass window of the living room. The beds were so very comfortable, even the sofa bed. We all had restful sleep. Wonderful linen and comforters. Everything was clean, neat and tidy. Washer/dryer unit in room was convenient. The shower was fabulous, including a rainshower head.
