The Space:

Welcome to this remarkable 16th-century Catalan farmhouse, a historic estate offering an exclusive and memorable stay in a truly unique setting.



You will have exclusive use of the entire farmhouse, ensuring complete privacy for your group—no shared spaces. The property is well suited for a wide range of occasions, including family gatherings, celebrations, corporate retreats, and special events, thanks to its size, character, and variety of indoor and outdoor spaces.

If you plan to host an event involving external suppliers or invite additional guests beyond those listed in your reservation, prior approval is required. Additional fees may apply—please contact us in advance to discuss details.



The Space:

The farmhouse spans two floors and comfortably accommodates up to 16 adults across 8 bedrooms. Interior spaces include a large dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and multiple living areas designed for gathering and relaxation.

A covered porch with a large dining table near the barbecue area.

An enclosed, glass-covered pergola suitable for versatile use.

A large swimming pool (not heated) with sun loungers, changing rooms, and outdoor facilities.

A damage deposit of €1,000 is required, subject to the booking platform used for making the reservation. The property charges this 7 days before arrival. That's about US$1,191. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.



Any damaged or lost items, such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken chairs, furniture, fixtures, or wall stains, will be charged at the time of check-out.



House Rules:

- Travelers must be over 21 years old to make a reservation.

- This house is suitable for parties and events, if you are planning to bring any external vendors (catering, animation, music) we need you to notify us beforehand and additional charges may apply.

- The price shown on the booking platform applies for up to 16 guests.

- The house can host an additional 17th, 18th, 19th guest, for an additional supplement of 30€ per night, per person.

- External visitors are welcome during the daytime and there is an additional supplement of 20€ per visitor, per day. Guests are required to inform us in advance of the total number of external visitors they expect at the property. The maximum guest and visitor capacity is 100. Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight.

- Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the accommodation is not allowed, and the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a penalty of 300 euros.

- Overnight guests other than those listed in your reservation are not allowed.

- For groups and day visitors exceeding the sleeping capacity, additional fees will apply.

- No tents or other structures may be installed on the property grounds.

- Tenants agree to cover any charges related to damages incurred during their stay or cover any additional cleaning charges if necessary after their stay.

- Tenants will need to provide official identification before or on the day of arrival or during their stay.

- Avoid moving the furniture.

- Pets are allowed (extra fee applies).
