“Good day, my experience was not perfect! The apartment is large and the balcony is nice and large. However, the apartment does need an update. We were unable to place our suitcases somewhere on the day of arrival and the day of departure, which is a really big disadvantage. There were also additional costs that were not mentioned in the advertisement, such as tourist tax and a very high deposit. We were not allowed to use the swimming pool. “Apartment was easy to find, big and airy with great views. The pool was marvelous! The downside is the lack of good restaurants in the area. Had to Uber to find good food. Also it felt somewhat unsafe at night walking in the area alone. I would suggest taking a cab if you need to venture out by yourself. Overall this was a great choice for conference-attendees and anyone who likes to swim/sunbathe and self-cater.”

Every time we had a destination, we had to take a taxi. We did feel very safe as we walked the neighborhood and enjoy shops and restaurants nearby. “Our stay was decent. There are two bathrooms, and one of the shower heads was completely broken so we had to have all of our 9 guests mostly use one bathroom which was inconvenient, but besides that the stay was overall enjoyable and fit our whole group (with three people sleeping on the couch)”

“I chose to stay in a more local side of town for this trip to Barcelona and this place did not disappoint. Photos match the unit. Bedrooms are nice size AND has a beautiful terrace outback. About a seven minute walk to the metro, which is only two stops from P.de Gracia. Air-conditioning did not blow ice cold, but it did keep the unit cool.
