"The whole time we stayed the TV did not work. Nobody cleaned our room. In fact I didn’t see anybody cleaning rooms. We had to go and ask for towels everyday. Horrible stay."

"Would have liked the restroom to to not have hair on the floor. The toilet was not working and they fixed it promptly. There was still a leak though. Overall the place was decent to lay head down for a few hours before getting back on the road. Staff were prompt when I expressed there was an issue ..."

At check in, was notified of additional fees (i.e. if we needed more towels than what was provided it would be additional $3, if locked out of hotel $10, and they attempted to charge additional fee for my husband staying in the room). Had to have room key to even enter the hotel. ..."
