The home was very clean and decorated very well!

I would rent this home again! It's close to grocery stores, restaurants and the mall. I wouldn't recommend young kids to stay there because of the stairs!! But overall, it's a wonderful and beautiful place. The decor was awesome!!

Paid for 4 bedroom but was rented a 3.

We rented a 4 bedroom but got a 3 bedroom. The duplex that was listed on the website is not what we rented. We had 8 adults and we had to purchase sleeping bags. The towels were still in the dryer damp, so we had to finish drying them and put them in bathrooms. Also there was not extra toilet paper in the bathrooms. As far as the cleanliness of the duplex was good and it was decorated beautiful.

Fantastic Stay!

We had a great experience with this house. Property was SO clean, well maintained, easy to get to, and spacious. Our host was more than helpful and communicated with us the entire time - making sure we had everything we needed. If we are ever back in Baton Rogue we will be staying here!

We had a great stay. The place is clean and new. Nice kitchen and living area. You will enjoy this place. Notes: It's 3 bedrooms, but has a 4th bed in a bonus room area outside the master bedroom (no closet or bathroom). No hand soap in the bathrooms or showers, so bring some. There is plenty of construction underway on the street so be prepared for some morning noise (not bad) and vehicles making the street a tight squeeze. I'd say much of this will be gone by end of summer. Don't hesitate booking... you'll like it!!

Perfect for LSU events

We rented this for a graduation stay. It was perfect. Plenty of space, nice kitchen, comfy beds and more. Excellent location that’s quiet, yet close to LSU. If we get to come back, we would definitely stay here!

Above expectations!

Booked this property last minute for 2 nights and I’m so glad I did!! My stay was exceptional and the pictures do no justice. The is a new townhouse community and was still under construction so we had trouble finding it on the gps. I got in a little after 11p and the owner was very responsive and accommodating. I ended up adding 2 night to my stay because I just couldn’t seem to leave lol. Really clean and spacious. There’s a small porch in the back and there were a variety of food choices nearby. I’ll definitely be back..well worth it!!!
