âThis is by far one of the best hotels that we have stayed at during our Caribbean trip. It has amazing rooms which is beautifully decorated. It also has a big pool and a bar. Very close to downtown. We would definitely stay there again!!!â
âThis was my first time at an all inclusive resort and although itâs not my thing I have to say that I had a great experience. The place itself is gorgeous, and itâs evident that it is brand new as everything is in mint condition. Food was good and breakfast was excellent. Pools and beach are amazing, big ups for serving drinks using premium alcohol!! Gym was really good for being a hotel gym. Lastly, super service from everyone in the staff!â

âTodo agradable, restaurante y comida exquisitas ambiente agradable⊠lo unico que añadiria en lo que no me gusto es que no tienen los avisos de no molestar en las puertas y tengo o tuve que levantarme varias veces para la puerta a decir que no queria servicio de limpieza a la 8am que rompe el sueño si no me llego a levantar abren la puerta como a pasado⊠â

âMy family and I absolutely loved this resort!! The rooms were clean and spacious. They stayed pretty cool and felt nice coming in from outside. Theres plenty of dining options. My favorite was the italian and asian restaurant. Staff was very friendly. The only thing is theres a bit of a language barrier with some staff (most were bilingual). The beach was beautiful and hardly any seaweed where we were at. Beware of the men selling things on the beach-we ran into one who was trying to convince us...
âThe complex was new, modern and nice. Limited lounge chairs. Only 1 key for our condo. There were no instructions for anything posted in the condo though. Had to call management to turn on hot water heater. We had to ask and then pay for drinkable water. The sheets were not on the beds. We had to make our beds after arriving late evening. An odd banging noise was heard 24/7 coming from an AC duct. I would recommend this place for the price/value. IT was clean and comfortableâ
âAccommodated us on a short notice when our flight was cancelled, even though it took awhile for us to access the apartment, they had to make sure that the apartment was clean and welcoming â
âBeautiful resort. Lovely rooms. Very clean all round. Food options are somewhat limited, but there are very nice options at each restaurant as long as you get the right things.
90% are very nice and attentive. As with all resorts, tips help. We experienced some teething issues with staff, but nothing serious that wasn't apologised for and resolved. The activities are really good and there is enough to do each day. The gym could do with more than one treadmill.
