“The house itself was great. I had a group of 22 adults. The house gave us plenty of space for everyone. All couples had big enough beds, the back yard was amazing and we never felt cramped. To be this glose to NYC was perfect. We took the ferry from Hoboken into the city and it was easy to uber back late night. My only complaint was the lack of info on parking. With 12 overnight guests & Christmas dinner for 16, space, comfort, & functionality were essential.Although advertised as a “Huge Family Retreat” & pet-friendly, the backyard lacked grass or appropriate pet bathroom areas & was not fully fenced.
