“What a perfect spot! Alisa has a charming location and all the amenities. The studio is spacious and clean and the check-in is really simple. She’s very helpful and understanding. This place is within walking distance to the beach and restaurants and stores or a perfect bike ride to everywhere. I will definitely book again and recommend this place to friends.”

“Very conscientious owners. Very clean. Exactly what we expected. Comfy beds.Know that the parking is tight and not easy when the downstairs neighbor is home. Need to know how to back up down a long driveway.Stairs to the unit are EXTRA steep (long rise and run). “I was surprised to see no reviews on this beautiful property. The photos accurately represent the space. It’s very clean, the grounds are well kept, everything is modern, and the quality of the bed was phenomenal. The neighborhood is quiet and the parking is plentiful. (Crazy, cause you’re 3 blocks from the beach and right on Newport Ave). There was a tiny bit of noise coming from upstairs, and maybe some laundry machine noise at some point, but overall very peaceful. The hosts is friendly and...

“The walk to the beach everyday was awesome! We didn't have to worry about driving or parking, it was all in a walkable distance. There are plenty of choices for eating, relaxing, and entertainment. Of all the places we ate, our favorite was the Duck Dive. They had the best Black & Bleu Steak Salad and Steak and Lobster Tail!! I highly recommend eating here.”

“location was perfect for our needs. its nice to have the grocery store right next to us. secured building!One thing to make note of is the parking. we had a medium size SUV. parking is tight, if you have a large truck or suv it will be very tight. ”

“This place was a great location! It was a 12min walk to the beach, lots of great restaurants! Parking spot is for a compact vehicle, but plenty street parking which was totally safe. It was a lower level 2bdrm property which was very quiet and would definitely stay here again! ”

“This little beach house had it all, though we didn’t get to enjoy it to its full potential. We used it for sleep and showering and we were out and about. But I would definitely rent again maybe for longer and actually take advantage of all it has to offer. ”

"Unfortunately, our stay at the hotel did not meet our expectations. The room we were first given was located right next to the elevator and the lobby bar, which caused significant noise throughout the evening. In order to move to a quieter room one floor up, we were required to pay an additional fee — something we found unreasonable given the circumstances. We had expected better service and understanding from the staff. "

"Alltså. Läget var ju fantastiskt men stället var allmänt dåligt skött och nedgånget. Stort kök men dåligt utrustat. För lite tallrikar etc. Ingen kökskniv eller skärbräda. Och LUKTEN. Fruktansvärd lukt inne på rummet. Luktade fränt som i ett stall ungefär. De sprayade med aerosol när vi klagade. Märktes att de gjort det förut för vaktmästaren kom direkt med en flaska, som vi behöll på rummet. För lukten kom tillbaka efter ett par timmar. Nä, det här stället är verkligen i behov av uppfräschning. Kändes överlag som att de inte brydde sig. De får väl gäster ändå pga läget. Poolen var ett plus. "
