beach near Mattituck Creek Waterway Access Site

The host was wonderful and very responsive. She even offers extended check out which was great. The listing could be a bit more detailed on the apartment. It appears to be a place to rent rooms but the whole apartment was offered. There is a camera IN the apartment which was very uncomfortable as I felt like I could not get comfortable for the time I was there and being watched I could not enjoy the living room. Other than that I have no complaints.

Public areas were dirty but rooms were clean. Whole hotel needs a bit of renovation. AC was loud, doors were creaking, fridge was noisy. Location was good though. Close to Central Park, good restaurants and the subway

Unsupportive front desk workers. Ignoring you and swapping to other guests mid conversation. Very surprising behavior. Dirty rooms, hair on the walls in the shower. Forgot cleaning of the room for one day. Seams to be a normal thing no one even bother to care about when told of at reception. Would look for another hotel for my next NYC trip.
