“Great view, intriguing. Reakfastbwhich worked really well. Great comms from the host who wasn’t available when I arrived. Great view over the back field watching the harvest come in! Tip - reverse into the parking space it’s fairly tricky to reverse out onto the road depending on time of day. ”

“We came to Suffolk to do some family tree research and Orford was a great place to stay. Although there wasn't dedicated parking, there was always plenty of space in the market square. The village itself is a lovely place to stay, with plenty of places to walk and explore. The cottage was clean and comfortable, and well equipped. ”

“Beautiful property a bit like a tardis looks small from the outside but once inside really spacious and a really quiet area no traffic noise would highly recommend it only negative if you could call it one is there are no amenities within 2 miles ie shops/pubs other than that perfect ”

“Had a lovely 3 night break at this property. It’s nice and spacious with comfortable beds and extremely clean. Everything necessary for self catering is there and I would thoroughly recommend it. The shower has great water pressure too (this is important to me!) Within a stones throw of a couple of pubs which both have lovely gardens on the water and serve food all day. Jump in the car and the local area has plenty to offer too. We had our dog with us and he loved the walks - no need for a car...

“Fantastix stay. Huw was very friendly and communicative both before and during our stay. The property has everything we needed, nice comfy beds, good kitchen area (including more utensils and other equipment than normal in rentals) and confortable sitting area. Parking is really easy, location is really quiet but close to the main road and town. ”

“Perfect house for large family events, excellent kitchen space, well equipped, spacious rooms, plenty of bathrooms and space for everyone, outside space excellent, secure garden and great hot tubs. ”

“We were 5 adults and a baby plus two English Pointers! Brook Farm was big enough that we didn’t feel on top of each other and there was always plenty to do. My 22 year old daughter spent most of the week in the hot tub…once you get the hang of lighting the fire it is quite straightforward, the trick is to plan ahead! We all enjoyed an evening and wet afternoon in the games barn. It’s the garden and pond that were the main attractions for me though…our dogs were in heaven and I was able to relax...
