“Väldigt litet rum, vi blev övertalade vid incheckningen att uppgraderade oss för att få havsutsikt men fönstret var väldigt litet och i rummet fick det knappast plats mer än en säng. Minsta rum jag bott i! Kändes dock rent och fint och servicen var vänlig. Trappor upp till rummet (och även i rummet) trångt och svårt att bära väskan. Trevlig frukostmatsal med bra frukost. Området tråkigt. Ingenting runt hotellet och det gick inte ens att ta sig ner på stranden. Bra parkeringsmöjligheter.”

“There are no garbage baskets anywhere. No toilet paper, no soap. you have to share the bathroom. We have to clean the bathroom and shower every time we use it. No cleaning supplies or paper towels to clean it. We have other guests complaining to us for using a bathroom that was at front of our room. So we had to use a different bathroom and it was share with other guests. Not a good experience.”

“I really loved the room on the top floor facing Dover Castle. It was like having a wonderful piece of art just outside the window. I also loved the whiteness and the minimalistic interiors of the place. I used the kitchenette and it was totally fine except from the fridge which was so cold my fresh vegetables froze. I stayed for 5 nights and the only really downsides of the place was that the toilets were not being cleaned for several days. The owners were also very slow in responding to...

“I had a lovely stay at Rob’s house with my family (my mum and my brother) for 4 nights in December. First of all, I have to say that Rob was a very responsive host. He gave us clear instructions on how to get to the apartment, including the best route from the airport (Heathrow), as well as recommendations for things to see in the city and places to eat. The flat is just perfect - clean, recently renovated, and well-equipped. I believe it’s most comfortable for up to three adults, as there’s one...
