âThis is a very nice and quiet hotel. Terry was great and she gave us the VIP treatment. Itâs close to Palm Canyon and the main strip, but not too close, if you know what I mean:). Itâs also not too far from all the restaurants and shopping centers in Palm Desert which is about a 20 minute drive on east Palm Canyon. Great staff and we will definitely return. â

âPerfectly located in a lovely neighborhood perfect for morning walks. A short uber ride to main street but with a few dinner and coffee options within walking distance.
Very well maintained, our room with kitchenette was spacious and the bathroom recently updated.
Immaculate pool area with a salt water pool with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, pooltowels and sunscreen and a beautiful view of the mountains.

âFantastiskt mysigt hotell med vackra bungalows, vi bodde i nummer 14 som hade en egen jacuzzi. Hotellet har en jĂ€ttefin pool, spa och en restaurang. Varje morgon fick man en enkel frukostkorg som vi Ă„t i solen pĂ„ vĂ„r terass. Vi Ă€lskade La Serena Villas och kommer definitivt Ă„tervĂ€nda.â
âThis place is a hidden gem. Off the main drag, but walking distance to everywhere. Small but Fantastic grounds. The Einstein room was perfect. The Willows is on the upper end of the hotel price, but it is so worth it. When you figure in the included wine and hors d'oeuvres and then the included delicious breakfast, then your actual room cost isn't so high. âGreat retreat for a family getaway. Nice poolarea for the kids. The service is very personal when the owner Rick greets you on your arrival. Stores nearby makes it easy to pick up whatever you whant. Close to restaurants.â

Hon var otrevlig vid flera tillfĂ€llen, hjĂ€lpte oss inte trots att hennes kollega bett oss komma fram, lĂ€t oss inte checka ut senare trots att min flickvĂ€n skadat sin fot och var tvungen att packa ihop med kryckor. Hon drog verkligen ner helhetsupplvelsen av servicegraden.

"We visited the hotel with two young children and had a room with two queen beds. The room was recently updated and looked very nice. Products in the bathroom were great, spacious room, huge plus for a large fridge, coffee maker and ice machine. The pool was heated and large, we had lots of fun! All staff were absolutely amazing and so friendly! Location wise you just canât beat it, especially at this price. We enjoyed our stay and it was very comfortable and convenient with kids!"
