“This was the perfect little stay while we toured the town and nearby college. We had our two teenage daughters with us and the cottage was a perfect, cozy fit. Absolutely beautiful setting, and we loved the personal touches. VHS videos were a big hit! We even got early check-in, which was greatly appreciated for us weary travelers from Alaska.”

“We were in Berkeley for just a couple of days and stayed in this home for one night. It was my first time booking a home, and we really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and perfectly decorated. Everything you need for a comfortable and welcoming stay is provided. There’s a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and all the essential kitchen items. “Unit itself was great for pets, and host was very gracious about having a furry guest! Dog bowls, towels, and treats were also provided. Place was clean and super comfortable. Only minor downside is that the neighborhood is not very walkable beyond Ash street, stuck in between two main thoroughfares with not much shoulder/sidewalk/trail space. But just a short 5-10 min drive into downtown Mill Valley! (Also great Wi-Fi speeds!)”

“My husband & I were in town for a couple of days to visit our son. While we usually stay at hotels, we decided to rent something more convenient and comfortable. So glad we did! Our host, Arden, could not have been more responsive, kind, and accommodating. The cottage was charming, comfortable , and private. And we particularly enjoyed the hot tub at night which was totally fenced in, secluded, and located directly behind the cottage. We will definitely be booking with Arden again next time...
